Terms of Service

By using Atlas Revenue you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptable Use

Atlas Revenue is a legitimate sales automation tool. You agree to use it only for lawful, permission-based outreach to business contacts. Specifically, you must not:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages to purchased lists of recipients who have not expressed interest in your product.
• Impersonate another person, company, or brand.
• Send messages that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any other applicable law in the jurisdictions of you or your recipients.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organization.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access other users' data, or interfere with the platform's operation.

2. Your Responsibility for Outreach Content

Atlas Revenue generates email content using AI, but you are responsible for reviewing all content before sending. You are the sender of record. We are not liable for any consequences arising from emails you send using the platform, including responses, unsubscribes, legal complaints, or deliverability issues.

3. Unsubscribe Handling

When a recipient replies requesting to opt out (e.g. "unsubscribe", "remove me", "not interested"), Atlas Revenue automatically cancels all pending outreach to that contact. You are responsible for ensuring you do not contact these individuals again outside of Atlas Revenue. Persistent contact after an opt-out request may violate applicable law.

4. No Spam Policy

Zero tolerance for spam. Accounts found sending spam will be terminated without notice. "Spam" means unsolicited bulk email or any outreach that violates the laws of the sender's or recipient's jurisdiction.

5. Gmail and Email Integration

By connecting Gmail, you authorize Atlas Revenue to send emails and detect replies on your behalf. You remain the owner of your Gmail account and can revoke access at any time via Google Account settings or within Atlas Revenue Settings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

6. Service Availability

We provide Atlas Revenue "as is" without warranty of uptime, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Revenue and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
